The very first thing you're going to want to do is make sure that you have watched the first 30 minutes of Phase 1 Week 1's - Video Training.

If you haven't done so yet. Don't worry.

The next thing you're going to want to do is scroll to the bottom of this page and DOWNLOAD the Bonus Template called:

This will then open up a a pop-up in your Web Browser that'll allow you to download the Template itself.

Then, it's recommended that you save the .PDF or to your computer.
